Entre el 7 y el 11 de abril se realizará la segunda edición del Festival Internacional de Cine por los Derechos Humanos – Bogotá. 1365 películas y 53 países participaron en la competencia para obtener un lugar en esta muestra audiovisual que reúne lo mejor del cine en la temática de derechos humanos, su promoción, defensa y protección.
