En sesión del Concejo de Bogotá, el Plan de Ordenamiento Terriitorial (POT) fue hundido definitivamente.
Jose Arthur Bernal, primer vicepresidente del Concejo y miembro del Partido Cambio Radical, dio por terminada la sesión.
El Alcalde de Bogotá., Gustavo Petro, aseguró que es “Golpetazo a la democracia dio Arthur Bernal: como sabia que mayoría del Concejo queria continuar la discusion del POT. Lo hunde”
